Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

We ship using Australia Post Express Post. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Is shipping express?

Yes - Express Post is our standard shipping method. It’s quick, trackable, and reliable.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship within Australia only, but we’re working on expanding soon.

Can I make changes after ordering?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so once your order is confirmed, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. If you realise there’s an issue, contact us as soon as possible at info@refineskinco.com, and we’ll do our best to help before it’s dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, and Shop Pay for fast, secure checkout.

What if I'm not happy with my results?

Yes - if you’ve tried your Refine Skin Co product and haven’t seen the results you expected, you’re covered by our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email info@refineskinco.com with your order number and a short note about your experience. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Product Use & Care

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Refine Skin Co products are dermatologist-tested, non-toxic, and formulated to be gentle on all skin types - including sensitive skin.
However, as with any skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test before first use — particularly if you have reactive or allergy-prone skin.
Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or discomfort occurs, and consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

How often should I use the products?

For best results, use your silicone patches or mask treatments regularly - either overnight or as part of your weekly self-care routine. Each product comes with clear instructions to guide you.

Can I reuse the wrinkle patches?

Yes! Our silicone patches are designed for reuse up to 5–10 times. Just wash them gently and allow them to air-dry sticky side up, then store them in their case to preserve adhesiveness.

Can I use Refine Skin Co. products with my current skincare?

Absolutely. Our products are designed to fit seamlessly into any routine. Just make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying your patches or masks for best results.

What are your patches made of?

Our anti-wrinkle patches are made from medical-grade silicone - flexible, skin-safe, and designed to smooth fine lines while supporting skin hydration and elasticity.

What’s PDRN and why is it in your mask?

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a skin-regenerating compound derived from salmon DNA. It helps improve skin elasticity, repair damage, and restore a fresh, dewy glow - making it a powerhouse ingredient in our collagen masks.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes - all Refine Skin Co products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
